A walkthrough of a real client brief, from the first question to a proposal you could send.
Video walkthroughs are on the way. In the meantime, the conversation below is the real thing, step by step.

A full client brief, start to finish

1

You describe the brief

My clients want a 10–14 night Mediterranean cruise from Southampton in June 2027. Balcony, under £2,500 each. They’re in their 60s and don’t want a party ship.
The assistant searches live inventory and comes back with a shortlist, ranked by value per night, with a note on why each one suits the brief.
2

You dig into one

Tell me more about the second one. What’s the itinerary, and what cabins are left?
You get the day-by-day itinerary, the cabin grades still available, and the fares for each.
3

You check your margin

What’s my commission on that at 12%?
You get the commissionable fare for each cabin grade, before you quote.
4

You build the proposal

Put the top two side by side as a proposal for my clients, using our branding from www.youragency.co.uk.
The assistant picks up your colours, fonts and logo from your website, and produces a comparison you can send.
5

You follow up later

Remember these clients and watch both sailings for price changes.
Next week: “Any updates?” The assistant re-checks and tells you what has moved.
