How pricing works
Widgety AI is billed per seat, per month, in GBP, from £10 per user per month. One seat is one member of your team, and every plan includes all features, live Widgety data and custom branding. The rate depends on your team size, and the whole team pays the same rate. If your team grows into a cheaper band, every seat moves to that rate, not just the ones above the threshold. Larger agencies are priced individually. Talk to your account manager.Your exact rate is shown in the app before you subscribe, and your account manager can confirm it.
Free trial
New organisations get a 14-day free trial with full access from day one. No card is needed to start. The app shows how many days are left and warns you before the trial ends. Cancel within the two weeks and you won’t be charged. When the trial finishes, add a payment method to carry on. Your conversations and settings stay exactly as they were.Managing your subscription
Everything is under Account → Billing:- Your current plan, seat count and renewal date
- Adding or removing seats
- Payment method and billing details
- Invoices and receipts
If a payment fails
You don’t lose access immediately. There’s a short grace period, with a warning in the app, so you can update your card without interrupting the team. If it isn’t resolved, access pauses until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted, and your conversations are waiting when you’re back.Email notifications
