Your API key
- Your key controls which cruise lines you can see. It’s issued per agency, and sometimes per team.
- When you connect through the browser sign-in, you paste your key on a Widgety page. The AI assistant never receives it.
- Widgety never stores your key in readable form.
- Treat it like a password. Don’t paste it into a chat, an email, or a shared document.
What Widgety records
For every request we record which tool was used, the search terms, and which agency made the request. We use this to support you and to improve the product. We don’t store the contents of your conversations with your AI assistant.Your clients’ data
- The assistant only saves a client when you ask it to.
- Say “Forget [name]” and everything saved about them is deleted.
- Save only what the booking needs: a name and cruise preferences. Never passport numbers, card details or other sensitive personal data.
Your AI assistant is a separate service with its own terms. Whatever you type into it goes to that provider. Check your own company policy on what may be shared with AI tools.
