    An AI cruise assistant built for travel agents and agencies. It uses live data from Widgety's cruise API to answer cruise questions, compare ships, find pricing and write client quotes, all in one conversation.

    Travel agents, agencies and holiday operators that sell cruises. It answers client questions instantly, finds the right sailing and drafts the copy, without opening a dozen browser tabs.

    Widgety's cruise data API: real-time pricing, live availability, ship specifications, itineraries, deck plans and expert-written content covering hundreds of ships across all the major lines.

    Yes. Answers come from the Widgety API, the industry standard, backed by our expert-curated cruise content.

    Fares move, so confirm price and availability with the cruise line before booking.

    Yes. Widgety AI is fully white-label: the assistant's name, colours, fonts, persona and response language can match your brand.

  <Accordion title="How does the free trial work?">
    New organisations get a 14-day free trial with full access. If it isn't right for you, cancel within the two weeks and you won't be charged.

    From £10 per user per month, including all features, live Widgety data and custom branding. The rate depends on team size, and larger agencies are priced individually. See [Plans and billing](/assistant/billing).

  <Accordion title="Why didn't a search show every sailing?">
    A search returns up to 35 of the best matches, so a broad brief like "Caribbean 2027" won't show everything that exists. Narrow it by month, cruise line, departure port or duration.

  <Accordion title="Why can't I see a particular cruise line?">
    You only see the lines your agency is set up to sell. Ask "Which cruise lines can I sell?" to see your list, and contact your account manager to add one.
