# Follow up with clients

## Save a client

> Remember Mr and Mrs Patel: adults-only ships, balcony, Northern Europe. Watch these two sailings for them.

The assistant only saves a client when you ask it to.

## Pick up where you left off

> Any updates for the Patels?

It re-checks their watched sailings and flags price drops or availability changes, so you can call them with a reason.

## Check an old quote

> I quoted £1,899 on that Norway sailing last week. Is it still available at that price?

## Delete a client

> Forget the Patels.

Everything saved about them is deleted. Use this whenever a client asks you to remove their details.

  Save only what you need for the booking: a name and their cruise preferences. Don't paste passport numbers, card details or other sensitive personal data into a chat.
