# Find the right cruise

> Turn a client brief into a shortlist.

Write the way you'd brief a colleague. The more detail you give, the better the shortlist.

> My clients want a 10–14 night Mediterranean cruise from Southampton in June 2027, balcony cabin, under £2,500 each. What are the best options?

The assistant searches live inventory, ranks the results by value per night and explains its top picks.

## Give it these details

The more of these you include, the sharper the results:

* **When:** a month or a date range
* **Where from:** a departure port or a UK airport
* **Where to:** a region, country or a port that must be on the itinerary
* **How long:** nights, or a range
* **Budget:** per person, in GBP
* **Cabin:** inside, outside, balcony or suite
* **Who's travelling:** adults only, family, solo, accessibility needs

## Useful variations

  <Accordion title="Solo travellers">

  <Accordion title="A must-visit port">

<Tip>
  **Searches show up to 35 of the best matches.** A broad brief like "Caribbean 2027" can match hundreds of sailings, so narrow it by month, line, port or duration to be sure you're seeing everything relevant.
</Tip>

## If nothing comes back

Ask again, more loosely. The assistant will suggest nearby dates, ports or lines you can sell.

> Nothing that week? What about the fortnight either side?

Or check what's available to you:

> What can I sell in this region?
