# For agency owners

> Invite your team, manage seats, and see how Widgety is being used.

Everything here lives under **Team** and **Workspace** in the sidebar, and is for agency owners and managers.

## Invite your team

Go to **Team → Members & Settings** and send an invitation to each colleague's work email. They sign in with that address and land straight in the chat.

Each member takes a seat. Seats are what you're billed for, so remove people who've left to free theirs up.

<Note>
  Invitations go to one person at a time, to the address you enter. If someone doesn't receive one, ask them to check their spam folder before you resend.
</Note>

## Organisation settings

Also under **Team → Members & Settings**:

* Your organisation's details and branding
* Who can see what
* Seat count and usage

## Keep an eye on client conversations

**Team → Conversations** shows your team's chats, so a manager can see how briefs are being handled, pick up an enquiry when someone's away, and share what good looks like.

## Search insights

**Analytics → Search Insights** shows what your team and your clients are actually looking for:

* Search volume over time, and which days are busiest
* The most searched regions, cruise lines and ports
* Demand by country
* Which members are most active

<Tip>
  Useful beyond the ops report: if Norwegian fjords searches spike in February, that's your next campaign, and a conversation to have with the line.
</Tip>

## A cruise assistant on your own website

**Workspace → Widgets** puts a Widgety assistant on your agency's site, so visitors can search cruises and hand over to your team.

You'll find the install snippet for your web developer, a domain allowlist so it only runs on your sites, and a preview to check it before it goes live.

<Note>
  Website widgets aren't switched on for every plan. If the page shows the feature as unavailable, speak to your account manager.
