# Chatting with Widgety

> History, exports, feedback and the details behind each sailing.

## Your conversation history

Every chat is saved in the sidebar, newest first, with a short summary so you can tell them apart. Search the sidebar to find an old client brief by ship, region or name.

Click **New chat** whenever you start a different client. Keeping briefs separate keeps the answers sharp.

## What you get for each sailing

Ask, and the assistant brings back the detail as cards rather than walls of text:

| Ask for | You get |
| - | - |
| The itinerary | Day-by-day ports, with arrival and departure times |
| Cabins | Available grades and what each fare includes |
| The ship | Facilities, dining and onboard details |
| Photos | Ship, port and cruise line imagery |
| Documents | Brochures, deck plans and attachments |
| Price history | How fares have moved on that route |
| Ports | Departure port options and port statistics |

## Sharing with clients

* **Export as PDF** turns the conversation into a document you can attach to an email.
* **Share** gives you a link to the conversation.

<Tip>
  Tidy the chat before you export. Ask for a clean summary of the two options you're recommending, then export, so your client sees the recommendation and not the whole search.
</Tip>

## Telling us when an answer is wrong

Each answer has a feedback control. Use it, especially on anything wrong or odd. You can add detail about what you expected, and it comes straight to us. It's the fastest way to get a data or wording problem fixed.

## Getting better answers

  <Accordion title="Give the whole brief at once">

  <Accordion title="Refine, don't restart">
    "Only adults-only ships" keeps the context. Retyping the whole brief loses it.

    Otherwise the earlier brief can colour the answers.

  <Accordion title="Ask it to check">
    If a figure looks off: "Where did that price come from?" Answers should come from Widgety data.

<Warning>
  Prices come from live inventory when you ask, and fares move. Always confirm price and availability with the cruise line before you book.
